Frequently Asked Questions
Product gets stuck
Our machines have sensors in the delivery bin. If you’re using cash the credit will stay on the machine and you can select another item or hit the coin return button to receive your refund. If you’re using a card, the transaction will show up as pending but your card won’t be charged.
Machine is eating coins and not giving credit
There is likely something jammed in the coin mechanism. This happens when someone jams something that isn’t a coin in the coin slot and all the coins get stuck. If this happens please call and we will send a service tech to fix the jam and give you a refund.
Product is expired
We really keep a close eye on the expiration dates but if you get something that slipped by us, please call and we will give you a refund
Overcharged on credit card
Your bank will place a HOLD on your account greater than the amount to purchase one or multiple items in a single vend transaction. This HOLD amount will be updated to reflect the actual transaction amount within 24 – 72 hours depending on the policy of your bank. Your final charge amount will be only for the items vended. Any question regarding your banks policy on “account holds” should be directed to your bank.
